The Production Path
From idea to a card you can approve.
Five connected stages turn a visual direction into a production-ready metal card—without hiding the decisions that matter.
Why the sequence matters
Every finish begins with a production decision.
The earlier material, artwork and function are considered together, the clearer the route to a meaningful sample.
Our process creates a shared reference at each stage. That keeps the intended look connected to the way the card will actually be machined, finished, checked and presented.

Design Feasibility
Define what the card needs to do.
The first stage aligns the visual idea with material, shape, finish and any functional requirement such as NFC.
- You bring
- Artwork or reference, intended use, quantity direction and target timeline.
- We resolve
- Structure, manufacturable detail, cut-outs, finish sequence and functional considerations.
- Decision point
- A clear production direction for sampling.

Sample / Prototype
Make the idea physical.
A sample turns surface, edge, weight and presentation into something everyone can evaluate in the same terms.
- We prepare
- A physical reference based on the agreed material, artwork and finishing route.
- You review
- Appearance, feel, detail, function and presentation against the intended experience.
- Decision point
- Approval or focused revisions before production.

Precision Production
Carry the approved details into production.
The approved reference guides the planned sequence of forming, machining, etching, engraving, printing or integration.
- We follow
- The agreed structure, artwork placement, finish direction and functional setup.
- We coordinate
- Each operation in the order required for the intended result.
- Decision point
- Production moves forward against the approved reference.

Finishing & QC
Check the details people will notice.
Surface, print, edges and functional elements are reviewed before the cards move into presentation and packing.
- We inspect
- Visible finish, registered artwork, edge condition and relevant functional details.
- We compare
- Production output against the approved physical direction.
- Decision point
- Cards are cleared for final presentation and packing.

Packaging & Delivery
Complete the experience before it leaves.
The final card is paired with its chosen presentation, packed and prepared for the delivery plan.
- We complete
- Sleeves, wallets or presentation packaging selected for the project.
- We prepare
- Cards and packaging for shipment based on the agreed delivery details.
- Decision point
- The finished project is ready to arrive as intended.
Before We Begin
A better brief makes a better first sample.
You do not need every answer. These four details simply help us start the right manufacturing conversation.
Visual direction
Reference images, finish preferences or the impression the card should create.
Estimated quantity
A working quantity helps frame production and presentation choices.
Target timeline
The intended milestone helps organize sampling, approval and delivery planning.
Artwork status
Share finished artwork, a sketch or simply the content you need on the card.
Start at stage one
Tell us what the card needs to become.
We will use your brief to identify the questions, materials and sample direction that matter first.
